Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a multi officed and disciplined legal 500 client of ours in their search for a new Commercial Solicitor to join their well-established team
Our client is a Leading Law firm outside of the city centre, with outstanding Legal 500 quality matters to work on. You will be joining an established team with a large caseload and great experienced support staff
Acting as outsourced in house counsel, dealing with all commercial contract and advisory matters for:
- a large conglomerate of businesses in the health care sector, including businesses offering digital health care solutions, rehabilitation management, and medico-legal reporting;
- a group of local businesses in the leisure sector (restaurants and bars);
- a local university;
- a national law firm; and
- a number of high-profile athletes/sports personalities.
The ideal Commercial Solicitor will:
- Are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE in commercial work (private practice or in-house), with data protection expertise as a "must have" and intellectual property and/or IT expertise as a "nice to have";
- Have a proven track record in client care.
- In House or Private Practice Commercial Contracts experience fine
- 4+ years PQE needed.
