Job Description
- Coaching and motivating team members, whilst acting as a role model for company values and behaviours.
- Eliminate waste/none value added activity from processes to drive a continuous improvement culture.
- Maintain efficiency levels to achieve daily targets by driving performance.
- Ensure that internal processes are fully compliant.
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and housekeeping.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a Production Supervisor/Team Leader role.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
- Previously worked in a target/kpi focused environment
