Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the regions we serve.
  • Review Existing Business: Evaluate current accounts to find ways to excel performance and deepen relationships.
  • Showcase Our Business: Utilise various communication platforms to promote our services to potential clients.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings, often involving presentations on how our services can add value.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists: Work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Tender Opportunities: Proactively respond to tender opportunities and develop strategies to win new business.
  • Market Awareness: Keep your finger on the pulse by recognising market trends and opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Background: Previous experience in sales is essential; recruitment experience would be advantageous.
  • Proactive & Professional: Energetic approach with a proactive attitude.

In return we are looking to reward the successful applicant with a basic salary in the region of £26,000 - £35,000 depending on your experience. We also offer a totally uncapped bonus/ reward scheme that celebrates your successes and more detail can be provided on the structure of this.
