Inbound Sales Administrator

Our client, a long-established, specialist Training provider based in North London is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide operational support to a busy, friendly team.

This is a varied role in a successful company, offering excellent long-term career prospects and extensive training in a niche business sector. Starting on a salary of up to £25,000 per annum the role is predominantly office based. Free parking is available.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of Training courses and events
  • Extensive client liaison, providing information relating to courses, content and pricing
  • Assist with administration and organisation relating to a range of training courses
  • General maintenance of the database
  • Over time develop a good understanding of the training courses provided

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Administration experience is essential
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the business
  • Confident, friendly personality with a genuine interest in forming good client relationships
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook & the Internet
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a team
