My client is an independent financial advice business who have have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Wiltshire. The business has 12 Advisers and overall 30+ staff who work with c.1000 retirees, City professionals, families and professional sportsmen and women with varying levels of assets ranging from £100k - multiple millions. The Managing Director is creating 3 brand-new role within the business for Financial Administrators. They are open to recruiting a junior entry level candidate, a candidate with 2 years of administration experience and a highly experienced administrator with 5+ years of experience who is well versed on end to end admin in a wealth planning firm. The role will be based in the office but some WFH could be provided and you will be supporting 12 highly established Advisers who have been in the industry for many years.
My client are very open with regards to what they can offer a candidate career-wise including a route to being a Paraplanner or management role, or an adviser in the very long term. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer between £23k - £38k basic salary depending on your experience levels.
