Are you a personable, enthusiastic and hard-working? Our client is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their clients Sales & Support Team, with a bias in the technical hardware IT sector. A telephone-based role.
This role involves understanding your customer's needs, supporting them with tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You must be a real hard worker, with a 'never give up' attitude, who is prepared to go the extra mile to support your customers.
Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
- Grow and maintain long term customer relationships
- Making calls to make customers aware of up-and-coming new products
- Quoting for products
- Deal with onboarding of new customers
- Dealing with issues and ensuring total customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, personable nature
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to think laterally under pressure with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Training will be given in the products and services
