Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and maintain the school's administrative systems and databases efficiently.
  • Handle all correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Oversee the management of student records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for parents, visitors, and the school community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a preference for candidates with experience in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact positively with all school stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
