Castlefield Recruitment are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Shropshire in to recruit a Finance Officer to their busy team. The role is offered on an initial interim contract for 12 months fixed term, the role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Duties:
- Responsible for payment runs and agreeing payment plans
- Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve any queries and ensure prompt payments
- Responsible for ensuring the validity of debtor invoices
- Assisting with the payroll process, including pensions and liaising with HMRC
- To assist and provide support with the wider finance teams
Experience:
- Must be able to use Excel and able to learn new systems
- Previous experience working in a financial services position
- Excellent customer service skills and willing to learn
