Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse requirements, and deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.
- Develop and present business cases to support new initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the IT team.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support project management teams in planning and executing projects.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
