Title: Payroll Specialist Location: London EC3A - Hybrid Contract: 3 months Rate: £20-£30 per hour

JGA are partnered with an exciting, market leading business in their sector looking for assistance with their UK and EU payroll requirements.
This is a hybrid role, 4 days per week in the London office until January, decreasing to 2 days per week in office after.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all PAYE related queries for 450+ staff, 50% of which UK based including PAYE end of year procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist with the administration of workplace pension schemes, including enrolment, contributions, and reporting.
- Managing employee & HMRC queries and liaise with all levels of clientele.
- Progress, improve, and streamline internal processes.
- Advise clients on latest HMRC legislative changes.
Requirements
:
- Knowledge of UK payroll (essential)
- Ideally have knowledge of German, French and Italian payroll
- Experience / knowledge in end-to-end payroll
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience with workplace pension administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Attentive to detail and organized.
