Service Care Legal are currently working with an established Legal 500 firm within the East London region who are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. Please find below further details about the role.
ROLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3 to 6 years
LOCATION: East London
SALARY: £40,000 to £50,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage property litigation/dispute resolution cases for small and medium businesses.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring timely casework and billing.
- Work closely with other departments for a comprehensive client service.
- Provide supervision and support to colleagues as needed.
- Engage in business development activities.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation.
- Knowledge of landlord possession, disrepair, tenancy disputes, leasehold properties, and dispute resolution.
- Advocacy experience at county court or tribunal is beneficial.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
- Current Practising Certificate.
