As the Payroll Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the daily management of payroll processing, month/year-end tasks, and staff development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll on a timely and accurate basis for month and year end.

Maintain accurate payroll records.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including tax and National Insurance

Prepare and submit all necessary reports to HMRC and other statutory bodies.

Liaise with employees on payroll matters.

Resolve any payroll queries or issues.

Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation.

Implement and maintain effective payroll procedures.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payroll function.

Redundancy information/calculations.

Staff Development.

Monthly one to ones.

Annual Performance Reviews.

Terminating casual leavers (who have not worked for 6 months).

Ad hoc report requests.

Essential Requirements:
- CIPP qualification is essential.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives.
Listers' Head Office is located in Stratford upon Avon, and while this role is primarily office-based, flexibility is available to accommodate individual needs.
