  • Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract until March 2025 (minimum)

We are seeking an HR Business Partner for an immediate start to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic and day-to-day HR leadership. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of the HR Strategy and facilitating key areas such as change management, organisational design, and employee engagement.

Day to day of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders, influencing management teams to adopt best practice HR in support of business plans and objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to drive the delivery of the HR Strategy.
  • Make a positive impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines and driving resourcing plans within the designated business area(s).
  • Work with management teams to define and develop organisational talent, dealing proactively with performance issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates, develop policies in line with current legislation, and stay informed on HR best practices and workplace trends.
  • Strategise case management to effectively manage risk for the group.
  • Advise on complex Employee Relations matters.
  • Interpret people data and analytics to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering solutions aligned to business objectives and values.
  • Act as the HR contact point for a wide range of HR activities including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Provide comprehensive workshops covering management responsibilities to deliver best practice HR.
  • Coach and mentor the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior management.
  • Experience in change management, organisational design, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of current HR legislation and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage complex Employee Relations matters.
  • Experience in delivering HR workshops and training.
