Sales Administrator

Our local and established client is looking for an efficient Sales Administrator to join their team.

The company based in Bicester requires a dedicated sales administrator to support their business through completion of general administration tasks, invoicing, processing orders and services and assisting the sales team.

Working hours of 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday, offering £25,000 per annum.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:

  • Process, manage and update customer documentation.
  • Follow orders and services from the point of sale to delivery and service provided.
  • Maintain the online CRM system.
  • Complete checks on proposals for all new orders.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Invoice and raise purchase orders for customers and suppliers.
  • Handle and deal with any queries and enquiries.
  • Be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers.
  • Operate on phone and email, resolving queries promptly and effectively.
  • Support the sales team with formulating new and existing quotations and extensions.

You must:

  • Have experience working within Administration.
  • Be fully computer literate.
  • Work well within a team and individually.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging situations and conversations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adapt well to changing circumstances and be flexible in your approach to the role.
  • Show excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Understand the importance of targets and meeting objectives.
