Maintenance Person
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £14.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our client, a leading Build to Rent accommodation based in Glasgow. This is a full-time temporary position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour.
**Maintenance Person Job Description
The successful Maintenance Person will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Inspecting and reporting any issues with rooms
- Cleaning and preparing rooms for new tenants
- Moving furniture, including mattresses and other items
- Performing silo coning tasks
- Repairing and replacing shower heads
- Assisting the Maintenance team with any additional tasks as needed
**Maintenance Person Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a property management, student accommodation, Build to Rent, or hospitality setting
- Multi-skilled with the ability to work independently
- Available for an immediate start
