Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Finance Administrator to join our clients team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will support our clients finance department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
