Tradewind is hiring! We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover in an OFSTED Good rated mixed Comprehensive school in Gravesend. Beginning in September 2024, this is a full time role paying between £90 and £120 per day.
Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a conducive learning environment where all students can feel safe & thrive.
- Deliver set work in accordance with the teacher's instructions, ensuring that learning objectives are met effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and support as needed.
- Uphold the school's values and standards at all times.
Requirements of a Cover Supervisor:
To be considered for this role, we will require the following:
- Own or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
