Handle have partnered up with an iconic business that specialise in Music, celebrity and entertainment merchandise.
Working alongside 7 finance professionals you will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller and receive direct support and training from the team.
This role is based near Hammersmith and is a hybrid role but will involve being in the office 5 days for the first month to receive full training.
You will be required to:
- Process purchase and sales invoices
- Assist in and perform the daily bank reconciliations
- Update spreadsheets and databases e.g. Sales trackers
- Get involved with important month-end and audit duties
- Manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively
- Expenses
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Any ad hoc duties required
Ideally you will have:
- Previous office or Accounts based experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Enthusiastic attitude with a long-term desire to work in finance
- Ability to work as part of a team but also using your own initiative
