Credit Controller

This Credit Control position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills.

Client Details

Our client is well-established business based in Birmingham.

Description

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Monitor and report on aged debt and debtor days
  • Managing queries
  • Liaising with clients on aged debt issues
  • Inputting weekly direct debit runs
  • Support the team in preparation of financial reports and forecasts
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on client requirements and discussing debt queries
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality in all financial records

Profile

You will need to have:

  • A solid background in Credit Control
  • Strong numeracy and a keen attention to detail
  • Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Need little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
