Starting Salary: £21,200 with an additional £400 commission per month for the first 4 months.

This job listing is for a Salesperson position in Rochester, Medway, with the opportunity to help secure appointments for Mortgage Advisors in estate agency offices and direct sales teams. Here's a breakdown of the role and what's in it for you:

  1. Starting Salary: £21,200 with an additional £400 commission per month for the first 4 months.
  2. On Target Earnings (OTE): Potential to earn between £25,000 and £32,000.
  3. Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm.

  • Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm.

  • Once a month: 10:00am to 7:00pm (usually on the 3rd Tuesday).

  • One Saturday per month (with a day off in lieu).

  • 39 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break each day.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Contact and build strong relationships with clients using warm leads.
  • Appointment Booking: Secure quality appointments to generate additional mortgage and protection business.
  • Lead Nurturing: Provide a seamless customer experience, ensuring leads are nurtured from start to finish.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets for appointments and mortgage sign-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Mortgage Advisors to schedule general mortgage reviews.
  • Compliance: Ensure all services are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update client records using the company's software system.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Direct Sales team to help grow the business.
