Posted by UBT.

We are recruiting a Sales Support Executive for a lovely, very reputable, family run SME based in Kilmarnock. The company envisages that this role will progress into "Internal Account Manager" in the near future, so lots of opportunity to progress

Requirements

  • Handle administration required to grow or nurture customers and prospects, such as arranging samples and researching the customer or prospect.
  • Raising quotes for customers on the system
  • Completing reports and other analysis to support the BDM.
  • Completing follow-up notes and actions from visits or meetings the BDM has had with existing or potential customers.

  • Following up relentlessly and fast to customers.
  • Ensure customer relationships are maintained strongly, by responding astutely and promptly to any questions, and using intuition when a BDM isn't available to tend to such issues.
  • Forecast the spend of customers across the month, quarter and year, and monitor customers' progress against this. In partnership with the BDM, telephone or arrange meetings to investigate and resolve any downtrading or other concerns
