About The Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Provide knowledgeable information about products and pricing, helping customers make informed decisions
- Secure orders, manage payments, and exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to meet customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with data entry, refunds, and returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing
