This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Administration Manager to join an established local Company and oversee their busy office function.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the administration function in a busy office and supervising a team of Administration Assistants
  • Co-ordinating the recruitment of new staff members and ensuring employee records are accurately held on database
  • Monitoring office supplies and equipment placing orders with suppliers and processing invoices for payment
  • Monitoring computerised database systems ensuring information held is accurate and up to date
  • Overseeing contracts in place with utility providers, the IT support Company, cleaners and maintenance team
  • Managing petty cash, collecting receipts from the team and forwarding on to the Accounts Department for processing
