This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 20 years and are now up to a strong team of 15 individuals across 3 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to compliment a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to their friendly and already successful team – ideally with a Building Services specific degree, such as Architectural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architectural Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Buildings.

Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM and public health, this consultancy have built a strong reputation in a small period and are looking to establish themselves even more in the next few years. They are a medium sized practice who working in a huge range of sectors such as education, hospitals, residential and retail to name a few.

They're pushing into bigger and exciting sectors such as datacentres and battery storage facilities, so if you're hoping to find a role within growth sectors where you can work on some very complex projects, this is the role for you!

You will be working on all aspects of mechanical design within buildings, HVAC specific, using all the newest technologies such as Revit, IES and AutoCAD. If you have this understanding already, it would be a huge bonus.

  • Mechanical or Building Services Design specific degree, Masters level preferably but not essential
