Project Engineer

Days Monday-Friday (08:00-16:00)
£40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience)
We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Process Safety Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong project engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Delivering well engineered solutions in full compliance with current legislation, including: Health and safety, Risk assessments, Method statements, Good engineering practices
- Managing budgets for projects and ensure that as a minimum, projects achieve targeted profitability
- To quote, design (using CAD) and build process and packaging equipment systems to appropriate legal and customer standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced in Chemical Manufacturing
- Engineering Degree or HND in Engineering
- A knowledge of manufacturing processes
