Finance Administrator 30 hours

Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting an exciting and established business in Brighton. Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator for a full-time, permanent role. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be supporting the accounts receivable function with a range of finance administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and code financial transactions
  • Conduct accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Address and resolve queries, liaising with team members as needed
  • Match and allocate income payments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider business to achieve KPIs
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects

About You:

  • Proven experience in finance, particularly in sales ledger or accounts receivable administration
  • Ability to commute to Brighton on a hybrid work basis
  • Available to start with a notice period of one month or less
