The Role:
As a Case Work Coordinator, you'll maintain accommodation units to high health and safety standards. You'll work closely with clients to manage their personal finances, including benefit claims and budgeting. Accurate record-keeping and support for reporting to partners and funders are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with external agencies, including criminal justice services
- Conduct needs and risk assessments for clients, delivering tailored support plans to reduce re-offending
- Participate in rostered systems, including weekend and evening shifts
- Fulfill other duties as directed by the Service Manager or senior staff
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle (business insurance required for travel)
- Experience working with people with complex needs and challenging behavior
- Previous work with homeless and socially excluded individuals
