Workflow Coordinator

Global law firm, based in the city are currently looking for a new Workflow Coordinator to come on board and join their Corporate Team.

You will be the initial point of contact for short and quick turn around document related tasks for corporate clients. You will identify work suitable for this function and complete the quick turn around work (within a one hour maximum timeline). You will provide proficient scheduling of work as well as handing over to colleagues, able to trouble shoot and have a high level of technical skills.

Duties will include:

  • Consistently delivering high quality work and services within timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Liaising closely with Document Production and internal contacts regarding requests and helping clients with appropriate solutions.
  • Utilising tools and templates.
  • Trouble shooting support as required.
  • Performing quality control measures.
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the working environment and business needs.
  • Effective communication.
  • Responsible for upgrading skills and training as offered by the company.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience within a workflow position ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Being able to relay information clearly, taking ownership, remaining calm whilst under pressure and being professional at all times.
  • Previous document production experience in a legal or professional environment.
  • Able to troubleshoot tasks and documents and communicating solutions and sharing knowledge.

Hybrid working set-up

Hours - 8.30 - 4.30 or 9.00 - 5.00
