This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic customer service to customers
- Assist customers with their financial queries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Update customer records accurately on the internal CRM systems
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive and confidential information
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department targets and KPIs
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
