Working hours:
Week 1 08:00 - 16:30
Week 2 09:30 - 18:00 + Sat 09.00 – 14.00 (WFH)
Week 3 09:00 - 17:30
Week 4 10:30 - 19:00

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic customer service to customers
  • Assist customers with their financial queries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Update customer records accurately on the internal CRM systems
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department targets and KPIs

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
