Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality technical support to internal and external customers
- Respond promptly to any technical related requirements from colleagues, engineers and customers
- Keep up to date with new innovative technology and products that come to market, especially within the renewable/sustainable sector
- Comply with all new, existing systems and procedures in order to make sure the company operates to maximum efficiency
- Responsible to deliver training to both internal and external customers
- Complete ad hoc duties as and when required by team manager
Candidate Profile
- The role is designed for an established HVAC engineer who is looking to take a step into a more technical based role
- Strong knowledge of both DX and Applied units is essential (VRV, VRF, Chillers, Splits etc)
- Candidates that come from a mechanical engineering background will also be considered but they must have experience within a technical support role within the HVAC industry.
