A core investment focus for the group, Page Executive has doubled headcount in the last 5 years and are aiming to do the same over the next 5 years. A key part of our strategy is to hire top tier talent externally who can offer valued experiences to help us to continue to evolve our business.

As a result. I am looking to hire an an experienced Partner who can be based anywhere in the UK who offers a successful track record and understanding of the Business Transformation, Change Management and Project Management space. Whether you are an Industry & Commerce, Private Equity or Public Sector specialist is not a concern as we are growing across all verticals.

Description

  • Play a key role in the continued growth of our Business Transformation Practices
  • Business development and corporate client acquisition in your sector focus (this will be driven by your preferences)
  • Leverage your network across other functions within our partner brands and with peers across Page Executive Globally and locally.
  • Develop a network of business contacts among C-level professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders (provide presentations, negotiate contracts and advise on market trends)
  • Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients
  • Represent Page Executive conferences and networking events

Profile

  • 5years+ of business experience executive interim or search experience within Transformation, Change or Corporate disciplines
  • Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)
  • Proven business development track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experienced in managing multiple and complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
  • Outstanding communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
