Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and staff.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting the educational and personal development of children.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust support techniques to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are advantageous but not required.
