Based in North Kent you will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a minimum of five years experience in a reporting role. The role offers hybrid working 3 days a week in the office. Reporting to the UK Director and supervising a small team as Finance Manager you will:
Duties of the Finance Manager Role:
- Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Manage the profit and loss, financial analysis to identify trends
- Oversee the purchase and sales ledger
- Accruals and prepayments, cashflow management and detailed analysis
- Monthly payroll, VAT, expenses and credit cards
- Liaise with HMRC
- Reporting to the Senior Management Team
- Manage and develop a small team
Requirements of the Finance Manager Role:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or an exceptional studier
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- First rate staff management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- SME background with a strong "hands on" approach
