Customer Service Advisors

Our client is looking for twelve individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes.

The Individuals:

  • Must be available to start on the 30th September 2024
  • Must live within commutable distance of Battersea Park
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • An interest in banking, cash, b2b operations an advantage
  • Confident communicators both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets
  • Strong work ethic and a team player

The Role:

  • Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations
  • Updating internal systems
  • Escalating complaints to relevant departments

Interviews are taking place a.s.a.p. with an onsite assessment on the 20th September 2024.
