The experience required is flexible. This isn't a business where you must have 5 years' experience in this or that to succeed. It's much more about YOU, what you can bring to the table & your precise character. That being said, the ideal experience is here:
- Production/Operations Management experience within manufacturing - ideally a complicated or unorthodox production process
- Smaller business exposure over big corporate - open to being proved wrong!
- A solutions-focussed approach, with an open mind to finding the right answers
- Ability to manage mid-level management staff and hold high-level strategic talks with the MD
