Job description

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced, product-focused business based in Fellt. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied position — blending admin precision with customer service, coordination, and a sprinkle of social media.

You'll be instrumental in keeping sales operations running smoothly, ensuring everything from order processing to supplier communication is handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Manage sales quotations and process sales orders accurately including processing PO numbers
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to keep everything on track
  • Enter and maintain orders, pro forma invoices, and purchase orders using systems like Sage
  • Track orders from entry to fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery
  • Handle inbound calls and emails with excellent service
  • Coordinate with suppliers to check stock, manage lead times, and track delays
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and purchase transactions
  • Update and manage internal systems and price lists
  • Support with processing payments, including credit card and pro forma transactions
  • Assist with day-to-day admin and processing product returns

Key skills

  • Experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with systems like Sage is a plus (but not essential)
  • A team player with a proactive approach

What's on offer?

  • Hugely supportive working environment
  • Career development as you progress into the role
  • Excellent company benefits including pension, social events
  • Full training provided
  • Opportunity to gain further experience in external projects
