Your new role
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing on software applications, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and assess consumer duty adherence, ensuring our services meet regulatory requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate processes, suggesting enhancements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in QA within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with consumer duty regulations and compliance.
