Office Administrator and Receptionist

The Role

As an Office Administrator and Receptionist will be performing a wide range of administrative, office support activities across the business as well as covering reception, duties will include:

  • Providing general office administration
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the site
  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Processing financial transactions including sales / purchase invoices.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed

The Candidate

The succesful Office Administrator and Receptionist should have experience as a receptionist or similar customer-facing role and be able to show the following attributes:

  • Be a confident, self motivated and friendly person
  • A personable and polite telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Have IT skills including Mircosoft Word and Excel
