The Role
As an Office Administrator and Receptionist will be performing a wide range of administrative, office support activities across the business as well as covering reception, duties will include:
- Providing general office administration
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the site
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Processing financial transactions including sales / purchase invoices.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
The Candidate
The succesful Office Administrator and Receptionist should have experience as a receptionist or similar customer-facing role and be able to show the following attributes:
- Be a confident, self motivated and friendly person
- A personable and polite telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills
- Have IT skills including Mircosoft Word and Excel
