Responsibilities:
- Master coffee knowledge, grinding, brewing, and educate clients and colleagues.
- Craft and present delicious beverages consistently.
- Create a friendly, welcoming environment for all customers.
- Take orders, process payments, and interact with customers.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock management and ensure the security of catering items.
- Handle staffing challenges, equipment issues, and customer requests.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Lead by example and train colleagues.
