Position: Site Service Engineer
Locations: Deeside
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days
Salary: £36,000 Per Annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
HR GO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Service Engineer for our fantastic client based in Deeside.
Duties:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic control & instrumentation faults.
- Complete all work allocated within a timely manner and at high standards, as well as having the ability to complete all maintenance tasks.
- Working as a key member of the Engineering team and supporting other teams when required.
- Maintaining documentation to ensure company legal compliance.
- Reporting any non-conformance's to Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and supporting corrective action activities.
- Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards.
- Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the production work environment/equipment/systems.
- Demonstrating a willingness to develop within the role to achieve excellent competency levels.
- Work within the department on both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Electrical testing & fault finding
- Ability to understand and to work to approved standards / safe operating procedures.
- Good understanding and awareness of safety and quality standards within a workplace.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have completed a time served engineering apprenticeship.
- Food Safety
- HACCP
- Knowledge of Statutory Legislation.
- IPAF or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
