Programme Manager
Milton Keynes - Hybrid
£70,000 + up to 10% bonus per annum
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager for a permanent role with a well established company in Milton Keynes
What you'll be doing
- Drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to manage expectations, align objectives, and secure support for critical projects.
- Develop and implement robust change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions, mitigate risks, and achieve programme success.
- Track programme progress using KPIs, reporting on status, risks, and issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in technical programme and project delivery roles related to significant Data integration.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional vendor, change and technical teams on integration programmes and projects.
- Experience in leading business process workflow automation initiatives and projects
- Knowledge of Data integration methods and practice • Proficiency in various integration tools and technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs)
Education and Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in Data Integration Management.
- Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
