A leading medical communications agency, specializing in creating high-quality medical education materials, are now seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Editorial Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and production of various medical education materials, including CME programs, patient education resources, and training modules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, editing, and proofreading of educational materials.
  • Collaborate with medical writers, editors, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct literature searches and gather relevant information to support content development.
  • Coordinate with designers and production teams to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
  • Maintain organized records of all editorial projects and revisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, English, Journalism, Communications).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in medical communications or a related field is a plus.
