Our client, a successful and ambitious property company, is looking for an
Experienced Lettings Manager
for their busy Brook Green Office
,
to run the office as if it were their own with full accountability for results, people and service standards.
The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated and career driven with experience in the current rental market, preferably in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea or Brook Green/Hammersmith areas, along with a proven record of exceeding targets and experience in the following areas;
- Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties
- Winning and developing new business
- Knowledge of the current Residential Lettings market and associated legislation
- Achievement of targets and deadlines
- Highly organised with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Natural sales ability, energy and dynamism
- Highly focused, solutions orientated, born leader
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Key Responsibilities of an experienced Lettings Manager:
- Profitability of the office
- Business Planning / office business planning
- Recruitment
- Staff motivation and retention
- Meetings structure and meeting management
- Customer Complaints and bad debts
- The internal face of the office

Minimum Requirements:
- Lettings manager with a proven success record
- Budgetary skills and control to ensure profitability
- Tough Negotiator
- Knowledge of the local market and the competition
- Act as an ambassador for the company and a mentor for the rest of the team
- Powerful communicator and strategic thinker
- Evidence of developing a junior member of staff to be independent
