Due to several recent contract wins with the Public and Private sectors, Trident are recruiting self-motivated personnel to work as a recruitment consultant on either a developed (warm) desk or a new division.

Formed in April 2021 Trident have gone from strength to strength, supplying to the UKs largest private clients along with the NHS.

The ideal candidate will have experience in either the Healthcare or Temporary marketplaces, however other recruitment experience will be considered. Recruitment consultants and Resourcers are welcome to apply as we are looking for personnel of all levels.

The role of a recruitment consultant is sales focused. You must be comfortable working in a target driven role requiring you to multitask in a fast-paced environment, able to engage with candidates and present the opportunities available through Trident.

We are looking to speak with recruitment consultants interested in working on the below desks:

  • Permanent - large major private client contract
  • Radiology (new desk)
  • Therapies (OT/PT/SLT - new desk)
  • Cardiology - (new desk)
  • Nursing (must be experienced consultant or account manager) - high volume of work incoming, plenty of candidates.

All desks are recruiting from Junior level to Team Leader

Being driven and proactive in your approach you will have KPI's and targets to meet for which you will be rewarded financially. It is essential that you are a strong team player.

  • Qualifying candidate's suitability for positions.
  • Developing a client base
  • Arranging interview and preparing candidates to attend interviews.
  • Negotiation of salaries / pay rates.
  • Ensuring all compliance and administration is up to date.
  • Help collate compliance documents.
  • Utilising the company database and ensuring data is recorded accurately and up to date.
  • Ensuring all sales targets are achieved.
  • Adhoc administration tasks
