Your new role as our Finance Manager.

You'll have overall responsibility for Accounts Payable, Billing and Credit Control, leading a team of six based in multiple UK offices. Whilst your key responsibilities will be paying suppliers, accurate billing and cash collection, this role does provide the opportunity to have a real impact on the way we run our business.

As well as running the existing processes, you will be developing new ones and looking at ways to integrate systems and develop automated workflows. We'll need you to develop clear KPI metrics to monitor performance, and partner with the business so that key stakeholders understand the commercial impact of the functions you'll be running. Whilst this role is so much more than paying suppliers and collecting cash, we will need you to roll your sleeves up when necessary!

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be a key member of a small, friendly team of finance professionals with continuous improvement mindsets.

What you'll need to succeed as Glide's Finance Manager.

You will need to have previous experience managing or supervising a finance team in an environment of robust financial controls. We'll expect you to be confident with financial systems and excel, and if you have experience of ServiceNow or SageX3 we will definitely want to talk to you.

You'll also have successfully influenced business stakeholders in the past and be able to explain to them the importance of financial process and control in terms they understand and engage with.

If the opportunity sounds more interesting than the one you have, then apply now, as we are actively reviewing applications and arranging interviews.
