Your new role
An Interim Finance Business Partner role, reporting to the Financial Director. You will be responsible for creating and updating monthly P&L reporting, both internal and external. Proactively reviewing and analysing business performance, versus relevant KPIs and drive action where necessary. Producing financial reports to drive insight for the commercial team. Working with internal partners to create and review project P&L's. Supporting and challenging internal partners to deliver their budgeted results. Maintaining master data, systems and processes for pricing and ensuring processes are fit for purpose and followed. You will also make recommendations for improvements. You will also co-ordinate financial planning information and support the Commercial Finance Manager with ad-hoc commercial analysis around products and customers. Building strong relationships with the Sales & Marketing functions to provide financial support in relation to commercial decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant or finalist, with strong analytical and partnering skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with all functions and levels of seniority across the business. You will enjoy striving for continuous improvements and enjoy developing high quality management information. You will have strong commercial acumen and thrive in a decision support role. Highly IT literate, you will have strong Excel skills and an understanding of data within financial systems. You will be available at short notice and happy to commit to an interim assignment of six months.
