As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be joining a fantastic team who will look to assist you with your duties and your development. You will be working closely with a Management Accountant who will provide you with a first hand clinic on completing senior duties, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. As you progress in this position you will be provided more opportunities to take on senior responsibilities and develop within the position.
Skills Required
- To have experience with month end accounting tasks. This could include posting journals such as accruals and prepayments, and completing reconciliations on the balance sheet.
- To be currently studying your ACCA or CIMA Qualification, or to have a strong level of experience working in an accounting position gaining exposure to month end responsibilities.
- To be charismatic and confident. As this position has a brilliant pathway for progression, there will be opportunities to interact with senior management and stakeholders. It is key to be able to communicate in an effective manner.
- To be ambitious and driven. This role has some brilliant opportunities for an individual who is ready to take on new challenges. It is key to have ambition in this role.
