- Assess & Plan: Evaluate and develop care plans for children in care.
- Case Management: Handle a caseload, ensuring children's needs are met.

- Collaborate: Work with agencies to provide holistic support.
- Support Families: Engage with families to strengthen relationships.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise and current case records.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker: Recognised qualification and Social Work England registration.
- Experience: Background in working with looked-after children.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and crisis management abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with child protection laws and best practices.
