Elevation Recruitment Group HR now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor for a fixed term contract until March 2025.
This is a key role that will focus on a caseload of employee relations cases, supporting managers with recommendations and guidance.
Key responsibilities include;
- Providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff on a wide variety of HR matters, including employee relations, policy, processes and recruitment.
- Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the management of complex employee cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and attendance management
We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:
- CIPD or equivalent in experience
- HR experience at an Advisory level, with experience of employee relations and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
- Experienced at using HR databases
