Administrator required on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 8.00 until 17.00 for this established food manufacturer based in Somerset. Working alongside the purchasing and sales team, your main responsibilities will include the management of high-volume customer orders which are received via the telephone and email.

Offering an annual salary of £26,000 plus a range of attractive employee benefits, the role of Administrator is office-based, working in a team within a manufacturing environment, involving extensive customer interface. There is a need to work methodically, producing sales orders which are retained in a central CRM system, and ensuring that stock levels and prices are quoted correctly and efficiently.

Working with a range of suppliers and 3 rd parties, there is a need to ensure that production meets delivery expectations, therefore the requirement is to consult with all functions and departments to ensure that the customer receives only the absolute best service every time. The position is best suited to a candidate who has worked within a fast-paced customer service role which includes dealing with suppliers, production and internal departments, and someone who can communicate well at all levels.

Ideally seeking a candidate with 3 years of previous experience within a manufacturing environment, someone who can evidence advanced working knowledge of Windows-based software, CRM/MRP systems and the ability to work in an organised and planned manner.
